This is Mosser’s Sitting Cat figurine in the color “Smoke N Blue” – Blue opaque glass with swirls of smokey brown / gray glass running through it. A small capital M stamped on the pontil marks it as one of the older sitting cats, pre-1981. If you look closely at the tip of the right ear, you’ll see a small notch – irregularities of the right ear are common in cats from this mold.
