Boyd’s Crystal Art Glass did an amazing job documenting most of their moulds, colors and the date they were produced. Unfortunately, the mould lists on their site omit the Kitten on a Pillow.
Kitten on a Pillow was made in 46 colors between December 1978 and November 1982. Like other Boyd glass, slags can be highly variable and a few of each color were given a satin finish. After the final Kitten on a Pillow was produced the mould was modified – removing the pillow – to become Miss Cotton the Kitten. The list below is what I could reconstruct from available data. A question mark means there is missing information or a conflict between 2 sources.

34 Delphinium 3/9/81 – light-medium blue. Like the flower.
35 Olde ivory slag 4/23/81 – Ivory, off-white, slagged
